I'm wondering if I can use my Canon EOS Rebel t6 (18mpx 9af points 3.5fps) coupled with a 150-600 for wildlife photography, specifically bird photography. The af system seems limiting and the 3.5 fps is disappointing. I don't personally own the Sigma 150-600 but I can regularly get in in my hands from a relative. I'm 14 so my budgets limited. Would this setup be suitable for bird photography? Thank you so much!

You need to learn more on how to use the camera. Of course the T6 will work for wildlife, birds in flight, etc. People have shot successfully shot wildlife very well with lesser gear than the T6. Go back 10-15 years and compare specs to see what they were dealing with and images. I suggest you grab that lens and experiment to see what settings, technique work well for you.

Here's a guy who knows his gear and his images are up there with any $3,000 body. People giving you negative advice should be ignored. View any of his posts and you will see what I'm talking about. You can do it.
