Do numbers matter? Genuine question. If the number is small enough to be imperceptible (as it is with OVF), then what does it matter? What is the number for the smallest perceptible lag time? Does anyone even know?

I remember an article that says that most people can see up to 60hz and some 120hz.

Sure you aren't talking about the flicker fusion frequency? That's a bit different.

So that would mean a human eye can theoretically detect 8 ms (more like 16 ms for most humans). So I would guess that would be consider imperceptible lag?

I guess I am talking about video panel refresh rate. Not sure what flicker fusion means.
