Digital Camera for Weddings

I shoot with a D1x and a D100 and I thnk I prefer the D100. It has better low light capability and excellent overall image. The D1x is built like a tank but the D100 is plenty strong for wedding use. I have a variety of lenses but mostly use a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 and a Sigma 15-30. Both work great. The D1x can be bought for not much over the 1d and unless you already have Canon equipment then the Nikon would make a better camera. IMHO

I shoot with several 1D bodies.

It's an incredible camera. The only thing (available now) that I think would improve upon it is the 1Ds and I'm considering one of those early this coming year.

In spite of the excellent quality achievable from the 1D (and it is truly incredible), you are going to see real differences in enlargements when comparing the 11mp 1Ds to the 4.1mp 1D. In for the most part uncropped shots up to that size, differences should be minimal if even noticeable.

I have been shooting the medium format Bronica camera for
landscapes, etc. I would like to begin shooting weddings with a
digital camera. I have been looking at the Fuji S2 Pro, Nikon D100
and Canon EOS-10D. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also, what
lens would be best.

Thanks.
