I think the 90mm is the better portrait lens but I think it comes down to how much space do you need and how much do you like that focal length.

I recently got the Viltrox 56mm F1.4 and even that long a lens is taking me some getting used to as someone who usually likes his focal range about 28mm-35mm equivalent
