I guess the Stylus 1 doesn't have silent shutter, is it correct ?

As others have said, the shutter sound is just a recorded sound of a shutter played through the speakers. Page 71 of the fine manual documents being able to turn off the shutter sound.

Generally, fixed lens cameras like the Stylus don't have a mechanical shutter like SLRs, DSLRs, and interchangeable lens mirrorless cameras typically have. This means that you aren't limited to the speed of the two focal plane shutters that typically limit the flash sync speed to between 1/60 and 1/250 depending on the camera. Note, you may be limited by the flash itself, depending on how fast it flashes.

I can imagine however, you might see the effects of florescent lights pulsing at 60Hz (USA) or 50Hz (Europe). As I understand it, due to the history of reconstruction after World War II, Japan uses 60Hz A/C pulses on 1/2 of the nation and 50Hz A/C pulses on the other half. Recently cameras have gotten options to automagically deal with florescent lights But the Stylus was made in 2013, so I imagine it doesn't have the options. Page 13 talks about rolling shutter in movies.
