Hands down the R3 does everything better that the R6 can do, and more. Also less rolling shutter. The downsides are: bigger, slightly heavier, more expensive (as you mentioned), and virtually impossible to get right now.

Is R3 better than R6 in ISO and Focus performance?

I also think maybe buy R6 now and wait for next year for R1, what do you think? The question is whether the R6 can give me by next year at least 90 percent of the performance I need

I think getting the R6 now and waiting to see what else comes out later on is a solid plan. I am actually doing the same thing, I am debating ordering a R3 and selling the R6 when my copy is shipped and divered, but like you, I am not sure the R3 is enough of an upgrade? I mean I am guessing it is hands down way better but the R6 is so good do we need R3? My guess is only if your shooting proffesional sports or something idk.

According to the conversations on the net and compare, there is no significant difference between the two, the question of how real it is.
As it is written r3 does not really justify its price at the moment

That is not true.  The r3 is the only one that has reliable electronic shutter, #3 on your list. You need to get them both and test for your own use.
