Who manufactured the Vivitar S1 19-35mm lens

Another Generic oldie, Bushnell 135 f2.8

I had the Bushnell 135 f2.8 lens for my Konica T3. It was manual focus, not much if any autofocusing lenses back in 1975. The aperture was set on the lens. The lens was manufactured in Japan, possibly by Cosina. It has also been suggested Sunagor built the lens.
