Re: Samsung nx-m adapter (ed-ma4nxm)

I own the adapter, and while I get really nice results using my 16-50mm on it, the true gem is the 17mm. You can get a Ricoh DW-6 wide angle adapter and step up ring and get a wider view with superb results and sharp edges. The 18-200mm is interesting since it goes out to almost 600mm but that lens is huge on the Mini.

What I'm saying is, while the adapter is an awesome collectors item and I'll never sell mine, I end up using it rarely.

I do like the rendering with the 16-50mm, will have to try my 16mm as well, but I just received it.

I think the strength of the Mini is its size and size combined with quality. No NX lens you can put on there will challenge the size/quality ratio of the 17mm.

I would not stress about getting the adapter. I was lucky to get mine for free plus some extra cash. It came with a brown Mini and a 30mm and I sold both and kept the adapter. Sold them for more than what I paid for the Mini plus 30mm plus adapter. But I would not buy it for the prices it sells for at the moment. If one can find one that is.
