Godox TT350c flash - exposure compensation not working in TTL mode
1

I just received a Godox TT350c flash for my M50 (actually it's the rebranded "Flashpoint" version from Adorama). I tested it out, and it seems to work fine, except that I can't get exposure compensation to work in TTL mode. According to the instruction manual, if I press the set button in TTL mode, it should bring up the exposure compensation setting, which can be adjusted with the wheel. However, when I press the set button, nothing happens, and rotating the dial does nothing. If anyone has this flash, can you confirm that I'm doing it the right way? I'm thinking it's defective and I should send it back, but I wanted to first confirm that it's not user error.
