Diffraction and Maximum DOF for (semi) Macro Photos

I have some macro and semi-macro (1:2, 1:3, 1:4) shoots to do.

I dislike focus stacking.

Is there any real-world DOF advantage (as in, MORE depth of field when shooting at macro or semi-macro distances) to using m43 over full frame once you factor in diffraction?

Is there an aperture that the m43 will start experiencing diffraction?

Or is it on a lens-by-lens basis?

For the things I will be shooting, I mostly use around 100mm FULL FRAME around f/11. The objects are generally only about 3X2X1 inch (so not very deep), but still find that f/11 on full frame is too shallow.

Diffraction seems to kick in around f/16 on my setup.

Thanks in advance.
