70-300mm in Nova Scotia

I had the pleasure of using the 70-300mm for a two week trip to Nova Scotia, Canada. The lens was a brilliant travel companion: compact, lightweight, great reach and impressive quality. I think the right compromises have been struck with this lens, making it a very appealing travel option; a lens that happily came with me everywhere even on longer walks.

The minimum focus distance is very impressive and makes the lens more versatile
