X-T2 OIS modes -'shooting only' or 'continuous'

I'm doing some indoor photography at the moment which needs me using my 18-55 F2.8-4 OIS with as low ISO as possible and no more than one over shutter speed.

I got some decent shots like this today and then noticed for the first time in the menu the two IS options

'continuous' and 'shooting only'

I assume the first means OIS is engaged ALL the time the camera is turned on and will gobble up battery like mad and 'Shooting only' means when I half press the shutter button

it's indoor architectural (I never use tripods don't ask) so slow single shot, single point AF, single drive etc so I'm guessing 'continuous' wouldn't gain me anything and is for continuous drive shooting...?

Thanks
