Does anyone regret swapping EOS R for R6?

The big difference is handling. Perhaps that's because it's thus harder to change accidentally, but it makes it much harder to change deliberately. Just as well I normally shoot in Fv these days.
I certainly don't regret the R6 in any way, but I do feel Canon made a few missteps with the handling of the camera compared to the two earlier R models - both of them are actually nicer to use.

I pretty much agree with this, except that I do prefer the dial to the top LCD. I can never actually see that darn LCD, and turning on the light for it is a pain.

I will add that the battery grip for the R is actually much better than the one for the r5/6. In fact, the R battery grip makes me feel like I'm holding a 1-series camera. It's quite nice.
