The problem is that we don't have enough information here to determine whether the problem is with the camera generating the file on the card or a write error when the files are being transferred. If the original files were intact on the card after the download (and identification of a corrupted file) then you could check whether the file was corrupted in the camera by firstly checking whether the file could be viewed in playback on the camera and secondly by re-downloading the affected file. At the moment, based on the information provided, it could be a camera issue, a card issue, a card reader (or cable) issue or a computer issue.
