Advice needed on potential purchase of X-S10

Hi everyone!

I am in the market for a new camera and wanted to hear your thoughts on X-S10, which I've found kitted with a 15-45mm lens that seems right in my budget. Unfortunately I can afford to spend on the 18-55 or any other lenses right now. The following are things I am looking for:

1. Most importantly, I want something with a powerful sensor that can take detailed photographs with great dynamic range. And lots of bokeh, hopefully.

2. When I was in Turkey on a recent trip, I amazed at the massive size and grandeur of the mosques and the amphitheaters, and was always disappointed that I couldn't fit these into a photo. So something that allows me to squeeze more of these monuments into a shot would be great.

3. I am traveling to Kenya next and I want to try photographing wildlife. But more importantly I want an all purpose camera and lens that I can use for good looking landscapes, portraits, macro and street photography.

4. Also, something with good night performance, also something that can take better and clearer long exposure shots, especially at night.

My other options are mostly Canon cameras, the EOS RP, the EOS M50 II and the EOS M6 II. Do you have any thoughts on the strengths or weaknesses of the X-S10 compared to these Canon options?

Also, I heard that Fujifilm lenses are prohibitively expensive and missing some options, also that they're too big and heavy, do you think that upcoming third party lenses might resolve this issue with the Fujifilm system? Probably at some point I might want a lens for wide angle photography and probably also one for macro.
