Canon MP-E 65mm strange story, any advice?
1

Hi everybody.

This morning i've made some photos with my D90 and the MP-E 65mm.

This afternoon i've used the camera for 2 or 3 shoots on a microscope (using an adapter) and then I put again the MP-E.

This is when i've noticed something has changed. The image is not sharp as it was before, like if i was not able anymore to set on focus the subject (which is not the case seen the photos taken in the morning.

Photo in the morning

and photo in the afternoon

As you can see, nothing is on focus in the second image, and this is impossible as i'm quite experienced in this type of photo and i would have certainly put AT LEAST some on focus.

Any explanation? i'm worried about some technical issues caused by the interaction with the microscope.

Hope someone can give me an answer.

Thank you in advance.
