I'm not a fan of Keystone distortion and that lens is full of it. Just look at the bowing straight subjects on the sides of an image. Sure you can adjust it but lose some of the image doing so. My Sigma 14-24 f2.8 Art has NONE of that and is sharp right into the corners at half the price.

Keystone distortion - a form of perspective distortion - isn't a product of a lens, but of viewpoint, and is caused by tilting the camera up or down. You'll get it on ANY lens from a given viewpoint, except a tilt/shift one. More obvious on wider lenses, of course. Bowing of straight objects is barrel (outwards bowing) or pincushion (inwards bowing) (or "moustache" when a mixture of the two), and IS a lens property. And it's not unusual for modern ultrawides to not bother to correct it optically, but rely on software correction - that's equally true of the 14-35 and the Nikon 14-30.  Its taken into account in the design of the lens - they're actually typically a touch wider than the stated focal length, but give the correct angle of view when corrected in software. The RF 16mm is a great example of this.
Does it matter? I think I've come to accept the way its done now, YMMV.
