Used Canon EOS M6 - fungus or scratch on the sensor?

Hello everyone, I was about to buy this used EOS M6 Mk1 and then I saw this inside the camera. There was some fungus on the sensor and the lens. Opted not to buy yet. The guy was selling this for around 230 USD if converted from PHP. He said he only used this rarely, and said he did not detatch the lens.. presumably since the day he bought it.

Fungus on the sensor. I'm not quite sure if the white streak on the sensor is a fungus or a scratch.
Fungus inside the camera lens. I forgot to take a pic of the front element.
I know most of these are just fungi and can be easily cleaned. I'm just not sure about that one white streak on the sensor if its a fungus or a scratch. As I was testing it I did not see the sensor fungus (or scratch) but it was bright out so it was probably faintly there and I just didn't see it. It's probably too small to matter and I'm just overthinking this too much. As for the lens though I can clearly see the lens fungus on the live view and pictures while I was testing the camera, so that obviously needs cleaning. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
