My immediate question was whether they normalized the shots by using the k-1 in crop mode, or used different focal lengths. The tracking tests looked like different focal lengths. That aside---

I think at low ISO what you're seeing is the full-frame advantage (more, larger pixels, so inherently less noisy), and at higher ISO the advantage of the improved NR engine.
