Hi guys, I have Eos r and when I shoot on lo exposure wit high iso (1sec and 26500 or 40000 ISO) with cups on lens I have red or blue dots, but when I shoot another photo the dost is in other position on picture btw image is zoom on maximum level in camera...is this normal?

This type of test is common but is not a good way to check for defect pixels.
All you are really doing is amplifying normal noise.
If you did this several times and the colored dots were in the same locations then perhaps you have located something of interest.
(Not the case given your description.)

A proper test is harder to conduct but involves determining whether the pixel react correctly to light, not the absence of light.

To read about such a test see Bad Pixel Detection

Given one or two appropriate raw files I often conduct this test for people with concerns about their senors.
