I updated today. It took around 15-20 minutes to download and maybe another 15 minutes to install. Update process is quite seamless. It seems more like a minor update, rather than new OS.

Previously, when updating to new Windows, there was long installation outside of Windows desktop interface in special update interface.

For Windows 11 update, the installation is done in Windows 10. And on reboot, it took around 1 minute and it was done.

I don't see much difference vs Windows 10.  Just some visual changes to task bar, task view, widgets. One thing I dislike about Windows is Setting and Control Panel.  Settings starts in new style, but then details in Control Panel is same as Windows XP.  Looks like Windows 11 is still the same.
