Canon R3 vs. Nikon Z9 (Price)

Indeed. And considering the R5 has 3 times the focus points of a Z9 I don't care how fast it's processor is it's not likely going to beat out  1000+ points all of which are "dual pixel" to begin with. So many think based on the tech that a BSI sensor is automatically going to beat out one that isn't. I've got news for them. While DXO measured the R5 sensor at 14.7 stops of DR. they are already talking about the Z7II outdoing the Z9 by a stop of dynamic range. Guess we'll have to see. But I wouldn't get your undies in a bunch over the Z9 on the basis of just it's having an all high speed Electronic Shutter. Marketing is an amazing thing. More often than not the difference between the marketing and reality is significant.
