Re: Is it worth to upgrade or stay at entry-level product?

I have the K-1 and the new K-3.  Both are excellent.

They seem like more than you need.  If you were satisfied with a $100 camera for a while, it makes sense to take a step forward, maybe not a whole leap.   I'm guessing you aren't doing the kind of AF-intensive shooting the K-3iii excels at.  And it's still pretty new.  AND it is a fair question whether one should double down on the Pentax system for that particular use case.   So, while I love mine, maybe it is not for you.

'The K70 seems to be right for you.  Or a used KP.  If you want to stretch to FF, you can get an old K-1 for under $1000.

Good luck!
