15-45mm: Whats the lemon/decentered copy to good copy ratio?

Hey guys, I've been thinking about picking up a used M50 + 15-45 kit from the local classifieds as a nice lightweight secondary camera.

I was wondering what the odds are of landing a bad copy of the 15-45? I've read about a bunch of people who wrote that they had a decentered copy and I've also read a lot of folks who say they got a perfect copy and that its a great kit lens.

What are the odds I'll end up with a 'bad copy'?
