Stubborn dust speck on sensor R6 ?

On some low aperture (F11 or dimmer) I see a dust speck in the lower right section of photos. To reproduce I use the 24-105L, set to F22 (attached image is F11), AF off, focus to infinity and take a 'picture' of a white object from 10cm distance. The spot is on the same location.

I tried 'Clean manually' with a rocket blower with its tip just 20mm from the sensor (at RF mouth level) three times, but to no avail.

I don't want to get closer or use any fluids.

Does anybody have ideas ?

In the red circle is the dust particle. Taken at F/11 with 100-400L + 2x TC.
