X-T1 -Irritating info in viewfinder when in manual focus

Hi,

Just got myself a lovely X-T1 second hand and I love almost everything about it compared to my previous X-T100 that is just so crappy its embarrasing..

BUT, I have one major issue, I use back button focus, and the camera set to manual focus because I cannot find a menu option to turn of af activation on shutter button..

Also, in manual focus mode there is an irritating info text that covers 1/3 of the viewfinder a few seconds after i start the camera that says:

"AF-L - INSTANT AF"

"FOCUS - FOCUS CHECK"

"APERTURE" (with the sign for thumbwheel).

Is there a way to get around this? Can I remove ALL info in the viewfinder? Or, can I remove AF-activation from shutter button, thus not needing to put camera in manual focus mode, or just remove the irritation with some other setting?

Thanks!
