FF makers are really starting to hit the sweet spot in that $1,500-$2,500 range so Fuji better bring the A game in their next top level cameras. Plus entry FF is really expected to come down in price. I think that's why Fuji has hedged their bets with MF.

Are you guessing all this or do you have some cheese in the cake?

The entry level A7 was 1700, the A7III 2000 and the A7IV is 2500.

I know what you're saying, Deed, but the A7 line is clearly being repositioned as a midrange line with an upgraded body, EVF, sensor, processor, AF and video specs. The camera taking over the entry level position is the a7C at 1.700 USD - the same price point as the original A7 Mk I.

Sony not playing? Nikon starting to build a full system yet, Canon aiming at the attic price wise.

A hobby for the privileged where 1.5-2.5K gets you a camera body. An X-T30 plus 35/1.4 is how much?
