Printer for Giclee Printing at Home?

My wife sells prints of her watercolor paintings and is interested in starting to do her own scans and prints at home. She's had good luck with Giclee Today in the past, but she'd like to start doing more on-demand printing and offering it as an option for her commissions too.

I recently found a used Epson SureColor P800 for $500. It comes with 9 new inks, a couple of rolls and boxes of paper, and the roll paper adapter. Does anyone have any experience using this printer for art prints? I've seen the Epson P series printers recommended for this in the past, but I haven't found much in terms of first-hand experience. Any thoughts or input are welcomed!
