X-S10 sensor cleaning and how sensitive is the IBIS

I was in a "rush" yesterday out on a shoot and upon seeing a spec of dust in the viewfinder, I took the lens off and saw the piece of dust on the sensor, I had some alcohol free Zeiss lens wipes, so I wrapped those around a qtip and lightly swabbed the sensor few times.

Obviously the sensor wobbled, I got it clean, and when I got home I've seen multiple youtube videos saying how Fuji IBIS sensors have to be cleaned with IBIS turned off while the camera is on. Given that I did complete opposite of this, what should I expect? Camera seems to be working, stabilization works, how do I know if I've done some damage?

How sensitive is the IBIS, can it sustain my intervention? I'm getting too worried about it now, listening to camera when I'm turning it on can anyone tell me does your X-S10 make any sound when you have it on the table and turn it on?
