Some experiments with camera color

With regard to some discussions here, I would point to a small experiment I made like two years ago:

This was based on the DPreview Studio Test scene and I was looking at four different cameras: Pentax 645Z, Fujifilm GFX 50S, Hasselblad X1D, Sony A7rIV

The first test looked for color accuracy:

Pentax 645Z, Fujifilm GFX 50S, Hasselblad X1D, Sony A7rIV. Split squares, top left reference data bottom right camera tested.

Next I compared the GFX 50S with the Pentax 645Z and the Sony A7rIV. The idea was to have a comparison between three generations of sensors. Here GFX is the  top left of the split rectangles and Pentax resp. Sony on the right lower side. The differences here are minimal.

In this comparisons I generated my own profiles, using Lumariver Profile Designer, so that eliminates the role of the camera profile.

Best regards
