Printing issues with Canon PRO-100

I'm having issues printing with my PRO-100. I'm getting a vertical band on the left side of prints and also some ink spills (this is the print on my couch; there's a shadow from overhead lights, that's not a printer issue):

I did a nozzle check, print head alignment, and bottom plate cleaning, to no avail.

Also, the colors are totally off. The print is dominated by yellows and doesn't look like the digital file at all:

I'm printing from Lightroom Classic, using Canson Infinity Platine Fiber Rag paper and their profile in Lightroom.

All of the ink tanks are full. I recently replaced most of them.

I've gotten good prints with this combo (Lightroom, Platine Fiber Rag) in the past, so I'm not sure what's going on. Thanks.
