Hello MaKeR

Very nice pictures !

Now I don't eat mushrooms, but is it apposite to say to some 'Bon appétit' ?

Did you used LV or do you use a refconverter ?

best regards. KPM2

Hello, KPM2.

Thank you, and yes, you can say "Bon appétit" in reference to Cepes, Pig's Ear, and Lion's Mane. The latter is believed to have many health benefits.

I almost never pick mushrooms to eat, myself, preferring to "Leave No Trace", particularly when I find them in public parkland. (You can be jailed for picking mushrooms in Canada's national parks.)

Up to the K200D, my cameras did not have Live View, and although I have a refconverter, I almost never used it. I just got down on the ground and performed contortions to look through the viewfinder. The K-5 and K-5 IIs gave me Live View, and the KP gave me a tilting screen as well, which is very handy for this kind of work.

I use Live View and Composition Adjustment after initially composing the photo through the viewfinder.

Thanks.

Rich
