I ware progressive (multi focal) glasses. While the diopter adjustment works for me, glasses on and off is time consuming and when I'm shooting action a loss of critical time. I've found the FUJIFILM EC-XH Wide Eyecup allows me to use my glasses, even in bright sunlight. There are two downsides on an X-T3:

- The eyecup makes it difficult to mount and dismount flashes

- The eyecup interferes with the natural movement of the flip out LCD. With practice, this becomes easy

That let's you get your eye closer to EVF? While wearing eyeglasses?

I think I get a little closer. I'm not blinded by stray light

I'll keep it in mind. At the moment I have a new X-T20 that I recently bought. It's eye relief isn't enough for me. I'm going to sell it. I already ordered two X-T3 bodies, but they haven't arrived yet. When the X-T3 get here, I may find their EVF is good as is because the eye relief is 23mm and I think 20mm is all I need (since my E-M10ii has 19.2mm eye relief and is decent for me).
