I finished the book and it was like a time machine trip.  I remember many of the names and the locations where they landed.  I have looked for all the landing spots with my telescope and it was cool to see things from the astronaut's perspective.

Over all, the book is a good review of the space program in it's early years up to the end of the moon missions, with a short message about the Space Shuttle program.  But I really liked the 3D photos, it was exactly what I was looking for and Brian May did an excellent job putting them together.  Definitely a keeper and I'll read it again.

To be clear, this is not an advertisement, it's a book report from my point of view.
