Canon Rebel T7, Sigma 150-600 C micro adjustment

Hello - I took my lens into a dealer because I thought it was front focusing and they adjusted all the settings to +5 (for all focal lengths/distance). It looks like it fixed the problem at the long focal lengths but now it lappears to be back focussing at the mid-range.

Pic 1: Focal length 420mm, distance > 15m, f/ 6.3 - this looks pretty sharp

Pic 2: Focal length 190mm, distance 5m (15ft approx), f/ 6.3

In the second photo, the branch behind the bird is sharp while the bird itself appears to be soft. I am pretty sure I focused on the bird (tried to get the eye).

Would setting the adjustments back to 0 for the mid-range (150 and 200mm focal length, 6 and 15m distance) help? I have the Sigma dock and the software so I can make the changes if it appears to be right thing to do.

Any help/guidance would be really appreciated. Thanks!
