Well, OLED screens will give you superlative pictures, with intense (!) blacks and great viewing angles.  BUT, they're expensive, and WILL suffer burn-in if displaying static pictures for long periods.

So, find an LCD/LED TV at the right price and size, and make sure the viewing angles are good enough for your requirements (all LCD/LED TVs are not equal).

Advanced graphics processing for motion will NOT be a priority, but maximum contrast and brightness abilities could be a determining factor, so look for HDR capability.

Definitely go for 4K (but then just about all TVs are 4K these days).
