Only one lens left to go!

It's been an interesting year for me. Coming out of the pandemic I actually found myself with more available cash than when I went in, so I set about updating my kit, ready for a busy work year ahead. In the past 6 months I've gone from:

D750 x2 with Grips

AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8 G
AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8 G
AF-S 50mm f/1.4 G
AF-S 85mm f/1.8 G
AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8 VR 1
Tokina 100mm f/2.8 Macro

And now I'm on:

Z6II x2 no Grips
Nikkor Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S
Nikkor Z 35mm f/1.8 S
Nikkor Z MC 50mm f/2.8
Nikkor Z 85mm f/1.8 S
AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8 VR 1 (Still!)

I dont miss the 24-70 at all, and am way happier with the 35mm as one of my main lenses.

Obviously I'm now jonesing to upgrade my final lens, the VR1. I'm currently doing the man maths to enable this.

I guess I was just wondering if anyone else had gone from the 70-200 VR1 all the way to the new Z 70-200mm VR S and could speak to the differences in quality, if any?
