It's definitely a USB noise problem. Remove any USB cables that are connected to the computer but have no device on the other end. Also try rerouting your USB and power cables.

I will be testing this soon. But amazing the software tool is able to capture such an event happening on my computer.  I mean Won10 detects it too or it would not play the Connect sound but it should also have an app that displays what exactly is being connected.  There should be a software that captures and shows computer device events like the APT Astro Tool.

I am not sure how that tool is able to detect the USB Connect events. But such a tool makes it easier to diagnose USB device issues.
