How to Convert 35mm Lens into M43 format?

Hi,

I decided to get some vintage manual lenses to play with.

But how do i convert them to Micro 4/3 format?

For example I was recommended this lens: Contax Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar 80-200mm f/4 MMJ Lens

So when i connect it to my G9, will it be like if I used 40-100 lens? or 160-400 lens?

Also any idea what MMJ means and what type of adapter i need to buy? I found two:

Contax G Lens to MFT Micro 4/3

Contax/Yashica CY Lens to M43 Adapter

Which one is the right one?

P.S. Any recommendation which interesting lenses I should get while they still available?

I seen some USSR made one, micro and so on, are they worth it or not and just go for Japanese type?

Thanks

Panasonic Lumix DC-G9
