Just a quick and dirty comparing the Samyang AF 14 2.8 for EF mount against the new RF 14-35 also at 14mm. Below is a screen capture of Lightroom. No correction of any kind.

RAW image 14mm coverage: Samyang AF on the left. RF 14-35 on the right

1/4 sec, f5.6 on tripod. I bumped the camera when switching lens. The RF aimed a little to the right. But the position remained unchanged.

At 14 mm, the distortion and vignette is quite bad, but Canon corrects them in camera & DPP. The coverage after correction should be pretty close.

I am eagerly awaiting for Adobe to add a profile for this fantastic lens.

too bad you bumped the camera, I really would like to see the different in FOV from these two.

Some says RF is 13mm and then 14 after corrections.
