Diffraction is a moot point if part of the landscape is out of focus! You're right, though: if there's diffraction here, it certainly didn't ruin these photos, even stopping down to f/14. I probably could have gotten away with wider apertures for some of these and still had everything in focus, but for many of them, I didn't have time to do DOF calculations. That certainly applies to the ones with the geese flying and the kayaker, anyway. Thanks for the comments.
