Thanks, it's actually 8hr difference but how do I fix it, the time zone is set correctly in the camera and I don't have this issue with my D7200 or my D5500 when I had that. And it's only for the videos.

I've just tried on my D500. No problems. Does it also show incorrect time for the file when looked in camera?

Hi thanks for responding, I just noticed if I shoot in 4k the time is shifted but when I shoot in 1920p the time is fine. very weird.

Also just tried in windows media player and the time is wrong there as well.
