I have an old Sony A6000 with a Sigma DC 16mm f1.4 lens. No issues previously, I just remember cleaning it and using it for night photography with no problem. Suddenly one day, there's pink and yellow discolouration on the photos, like the colours are negative.

What exactly did you clean, and how did you clean it?  Oh, and a lens isn't going to change the colors like that.  As someone else mentioned, if the images look like that on a computer than something in the camera is defective (or a setting is wrong, but you said you reset the camera already).

I have tried resetting the camera. And I do not have another lens to try it on if the issue is actually the lens. Any idea what's going on?

Appreciate any advice.
