Best type of mic/setup to deal with direct wind?

I am thinking of a semi-hypothetical situation...

Let's just imagine for the moment that, for whatever reason, you need a constant fan pointed at the speaker because it's just hot and impractical without, even with air conditioning. This means any traditional mic setup is going to pick up the annoying wind noise.

Let's also assume the desired application is live (e.g. livestreaming, or conference/meeting, or whatever), so the option to postprocess the wind away in an audio editor or NLE is not an option.

What sort of mic would you choose for that situation, and how would you set it up?
