I see article after article strongly suggesting you try to always shoot at ISO100.  I really don't see it that way at all.  If you have a modern camera with an APS-C sensor or larger I see little, if any difference in images shot between 100 - 800 ISO.  And since 90%+ of images shot are viewed on a monitor or made into prints no larger that 8 X 10, focusing (bad intentional pun) on the best, most appropriate aperture for what you want to achieve in your image is far more important.
