Hi there,

I was wondering about your experiences with Topaz Denoise AI. I mostly should wildlife, but with the 1" sensor of the RX10IV I frequently have to up my ISO to get an fast enough SS to get a sharp image. Above ISO 800 I get a lot of noise.

The RX10IV is a fantastic camera, and this is not a complaint about the sensor size/its capabilities. Even with the noise I love the images and being able to zoom to 600mm ff equivalent. Just wondering about your experiences with this technology.

Do you use Denoise AI? What do you think of using AI to improve your images?

Looking forward to your replies.

Through the knowledge of the people on this forum I began processing my images, my choice was Luminar AI. The results were good, but then a comment on one of my posted pictures said the photo was noisy, do you run your work through a denoise program?

Hmmm, says I, there is more I can do.

So I now process my RAW photos through Luminar AI first, then I apply Topaz Denoise AI to the finished product. Awesome results! Recommend Topaz with no reservations.

After Luminar AI and Topaz AI

The Sony RX10 IV is great but it's just the start of the process.
