How good is the latest generation of Fujifilm IBIS?

I'm more than happy with the 50R but find that even with an effective focal length under 50mm and a fairly steady hand, I can't consistently get sharp results lower than 1/160. 1/125 is doable but can be hit or miss. It feels like the lack of grip isn't helping here but if I fit the aftermarket grip then I'm losing some of the benefit of the form factor and might as well carry a 50S II.

The claimed 6.5 stops can't be realistic in practical use right? Any insight? Are 100S users really seeing 6 stops as claimed?

I use the 50mm f3.5 and occasionally the 110 f2. If I got 3 or 4 stops I'd be happy - I'd like to be able to shoot around 1/80 handheld at dusk or dawn with the 50mm, and get the ISO down from 3200.
