Could someone with some expert knowledge explain a few things to me?

In the test video posted, the first shot is a static standing shots but while the centre of the shots look steady but the corners sort of vibrate or look like fighting something slightly?

Is this because the lens is super wide and being handheld? Would a tripod get rid of this?

And with the walking shots, is it also doing a weird 'jolting' movement because the OIS is trying to fight the movement of the camera?

If you're using a gimbal, should you turn off OIS for this reason?
