Client doesn't like photos I took

I took a few product photos at client's shop. I show every photo I took to client's partners. Both parterns were OK with photos. I delivered the photos (unedited because it's our deal) this night and it's all good. Today one of the partners said they didn't like the photos because some glass objects has light reflections on them. Light reflections? They show me some photos took by phone and they (almost) insult me with the photos I took. (I took this with phone, but you can't shoot anything better with your camera etc.) I told them to shoot their photos with their phones, and deleted my photos. I didn't get any payment. Its the first time something like that happened to me? What should I do? Did I act right or I should do something else? I need some opinions.
