RX100 V Aperture priority e bracketing

Very used to this on my dslrs. Including a weighty D7200. But, on the Sony the button must be held down. I have a good steady hand and decent (Photomatix), software.

Am I to expect poorer scene replication on the Sony by having to keep the shutter depressed? As I say, I have a fairly steady hold, but it's the shutter hold press that concerns me.

I prefer to not use a tripod when on-the-go constantly, hiking. Although, I do take one.

Thanks.
